Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I feel frustrated knowing that they do not handle the personal information that is given to them carefully. They applied for a credit card using my information even though I told them twice that I am not interested. And surprise, I received the credit card by mail. They apologized for that mistake, the only thing is that we have to be more careful and listen to the customer.

We had a wonderful experience at Crabtree purchasing a new family car. Our salesperson Ammar was very kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the process; we would definitely recommend connecting with him if you are interested in purchasing a new car. We also enjoyed working with Casey and Jonathan in the financial office. Crabtree was helping in locating the exact car I wanted within our price range while also offering great financing options and warranties. We are very happy with our purchase!

John was immensely helpful in getting me into my new car without making me feel insanely pressured. He was personable, polite, and incredibly considerate when speaking to myself and my partner about what we needed (and what we wanted) out of a vehicle. This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership, and I have already recommended John to my friends and family.

When my wife and I walk into the show room we were meet by the sales manager Frank Pratts. He warmly greeted us warmly and showed us to a table and quickly went to send Brianna Valdez to work with on our desires for a used car. She promptly showed us a Ford SUV that fit our needs. A quick test drive and discussions about financing started. Working with Jonathan Irizarry was just as pleasant as we finished the deal. All the time we were offered something to drink. Jonathan followed up a few days later asking for some more info the finalize the financing. At this time I asked if a Manual was available, which he told me he would find or order one for us. This has been the best and quickest service we have experienced buying a car at any dealership we have visited. Great job by all involved

Well, this is one of the main reasons why I didn't buy my car local, because when they could not help me no matter what the TV advertisements say. So I bought a car at another dealership, non-local, they were able to help me get a brand new 2024 Nissan Altima and paid off and gave me money for my trade. When you guys told me you couldn't do that because it was upside down, which it was not, then when I call to get an oil change, you guys are trying to charge me 89.95 for just the oil filter and topping off fluids. Whereas the dealership that I bought the car at there is no deals, no discounts or promotions. If I want just an oil change which includes the filter, it's 39.99. You guys are so overpriced, it is ridiculous. This is exactly again why I did not buy my Nissan local and why I'm sending my daughter in law to that dealership and why I sent my son who bought a brand new car to that dealership. The prices are getting to be ridiculous. You offered to install new wipers for almost $80. Add to that all the phone calls I get from you guys. All the letters disguised as checks. That then say I requested the value of my car so I could sell it to you. I never requested that. I’ve asked for you to stop sending them to me. You continue to mail me junk. Then there was the loan service you tried to push, claiming it has a low interest rate. It didn’t… it was almost 30%. I doubt I’ll be buying any future cars from your dealership. The place has changed significantly since I bought my versa and i honestly don’t see any reason why I would trust you guys in the future. Your currently business practices are starting to boarder on predatory to me. It has been almost a year since leaving this review. They refuse to stop harassing me. I’ve spoken to them. Emailed them. And texted them to please stop contacting me. But they will continue to reach out even though I’ve made it perfectly clear I do not trust them, and will never use their services again.

Unfortunately I can’t give this branch a good review. I was lied too when I purchased my most recent car from them. I asked them if when I turned in my lease that they would pay the remaining balance of my property taxes along with the remaining balance and they said yes everything will be wiped clean for you. I then get a letter in the mail telling me I have a balance of almost $500 that needs to be paid in 45 days. They also promised me when I bought my car they would get me a loaner and fix some small blemishes on the car I was purchasing which never happened. They sold me a car without floor mats and when I asked for them they made me wait 30 min just to tell me to come back another day because they couldn’t find any. I called days later and they said they would take care of it and call me when to come down to pick them up. It’s been months since then and I have not received a call. They pretend to be friendly and helpful and promise all these things to get you to go through with your purchase then once it’s finalized you are forgotten about. I will never purchase or give my business to Nissan especially this branch again after this experience.
