When my wife and I walk into the show room we were meet by the sales manager Frank Pratts. He warmly greeted us warmly and showed us to a table and quickly went to send Brianna Valdez to work with on our desires for a used car. She promptly showed us a Ford SUV that fit our needs. A quick test drive and discussions about financing started. Working with Jonathan Irizarry was just as pleasant as we finished the deal. All the time we were offered something to drink. Jonathan followed up a few days later asking for some more info the finalize the financing. At this time I asked if a Manual was available, which he told me he would find or order one for us. This has been the best and quickest service we have experienced buying a car at any dealership we have visited. Great job by all involved

I want to commend the excellent team at Crabtree Nissan. My husband and turned in two Altima's and leased two new Altima's on 11/11/24. I Purchase an 2023 Nissan pathfinder platinum three weeks ago. And I am very happy with my purchase. John my sales person was very kind and patient with me in the selection of my car.He called me to keep me up to date as to the progress of the sale. John was very kind and knowledgeable.
